We attempted our first getaway on Labor Day. We got to see London's Idaho family. She was great on the plane, just a few minutes of crying. We may attempt a longer flight in the future-Mexico, Hawaii?? We'll see. It was great to see everyone and enjoy nature and get out of So. Cal with all the people. The mountains are awesome and we want London to experience the outdoors and small towns.

Sounds like you all had a good time and I'm totally bummed that I had to miss out on all the fun! She sure is growing.
We did have a lot of fun, and good memories. I know one thing I love being a grandma.
So fun to meet little London, she is a doll. Loved seeing everyone and I think a family reunion in Hawaii would be great--- or in the mountains of Idaho.
